Our client is a European technology company building a cloud-based platform that processes high-volume digital transactions. Engineering teams work in Agile, cross-functional environments and own services end-to-end — from development to production operations.
Job description
1. Purpose of the Position
The Developer builds and maintains the technical solutions powering XXImos mobility platform, taking responsibility for both the high-quality realization (BUILD) and the operational stability (RUN) of services.
2. Level Matrix (Junior / Medior / Senior)
Junior: Focuses on learning through pair programming and well-defined stories under guidance.
Medior: Operates autonomously on end-to-end features, code quality, and peer reviews.
Senior: Provides technical leadership and architectural alignment while remaining hands-on in the codebase.
3. Position in the organization
Daily execution is within cross-functional Development teams; reporting and coaching are managed by the Head of Product People.
4. Main Tasks and Responsibilities
Software Development & Operations: Design, develop, and test software while monitoring service health and resolving production issues (all levels).
Technical Strategy: Translate complex requirements into designs aligned with the platform blueprint (Sr focus).
Quality & Domain Mastery: Break down complex stories and apply deep knowledge of payment flows and VISA infrastructure (Me/Sr focus).
5. Required Knowledge and Skills
Proficiency in core technologies (.NET, C#, Flutter, AWS, SQL).
Understanding of specialized domains like card production or Transaction Processing.
Experience: Medior 3+ years; Senior 5+ years.
6. Competencies and Attributes
Craftsmanship: Passionate about writing clean, secure, and efficient code.
Problem-Solver: Analytical mind capable of debugging and optimizing complex systems.
Collaborative: Supports collective ownership and cross-team knowledge sharing.
