Role
Level: Senior
Position in the organization
Temporarily embedded in various cross-functional Development teams; hierarchical reporting to the Head of Product People.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities
-CI/CD Strategy: Design automated pipelines to enable frequent, low-risk deployments.
-Engineering Standards: Align practices for automated testing, security scanning, and AI-integration.
-Infrastructure & Automation: Facilitate IaC and automate audit trails within the deployment process for financial compliance.
- Self-Service & Mastery: Design developer self-service tools and earn respect through hands-on technical mastery in the codebase.
Required Knowledge and Skills
-Mastery of modern cloud environments (AWS), PaaS, and CI/CD strategies.
- Understanding of financial compliance and software engineering excellence.
- Experience: Senior 5+ years in high-automation environments.
