• Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
• Configure, customize, and support SAP modules based on business needs.
• Participate in SAP implementation, rollout, migration, and upgrade projects.
• Work closely with business users, stakeholders, and technical teams.
• Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Provide production support and ensure smooth SAP operations.
• Develop functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for developments.
• Conduct user training and prepare technical/functional documentation.
• Support integration between SAP and third-party systems.
• Ensure compliance with SAP best practices, security, and governance standards.
• Participate in process improvement and digital transformation initiatives.

Required SkillsTechnical Skills

• Strong experience in SAP implementation and support projects.
• Hands-on experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA environments.
• Good understanding of business processes and SAP best practices.
• Experience with configuration, customization, and integration activities.
• Knowledge of SAP reporting and data migration tools.
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori, SAP BTP, or cloud solutions is an advantage.
• Experience with incident management, enhancements, and change requests.
• Understanding of integration technologies such as IDocs, APIs, RFCs, or middleware platforms.
• Experience working in Agile or SAP Activate methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
• SAP Certification in relevant module preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience working with international clients and enterprise environments.
• Ability to work independently and within cross-functional teams.
